I love sharing my knowledge with the students I teach. I understand that Mathematics is a difficult subject for a lot of students so I really enjoy the moments when the student grasps and understands the content. I especially enjoy hearing students say that they no longer hate Mathematics as they can now understand it.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I am very patient, flexible and understanding. If a student is struggling, I will try various methods and approaches to find the right one for the particular student. I understand that a method that works for me might not work for the student so I will never force a student to follow just one method to find a solution. I think the most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to boost their confidence. This boost in confidence will increase the student's self-esteem and, consequently, will help improve their grades. I think the biggest thing for Josh to consider is the restricted time situation for his end of year exam. We are currently working on finding ways to do multiple choice questions efficiently.
