What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I have a passion in helping people, especially when it comes to explaining things, concepts, problems to my peers, or to my student. The thing I enjoy most other than that aspect is also how I get a lot of value from teaching/ tutoring as well, since the best way to learn something, is to teach or explain it to others.

My Strengths as Tutor πŸ’ͺ

I pride myself in being a detail - oriented person. When needed, I can multi-task and work well under pressure, but my greatest strength is how I always pay extra attention so that what I do is delivered to the highest quality, and therefore I will put in my best effort to make sure my students can achieve what they aim for. Therefore, I'm also patient as I'm willing to take time with them and ensure they understand what I'm trying to deliver.

Most important things I can do for a student πŸ…

In my opinion, the most important thing is to view them as a unique individual, that has valuable strengths and weaknesses, therefore needs to be cared for differently. There is no one-for-all method for teaching, and I am willing to tailor what I do to what they need, to ensure they have the best experience, making the journey more efficient and useful for everyone. It is also crucial to set firm expectations, keeping our goals in mind all the time, therefore even when we become friends, we can have fun together, but we don't slack of and lose track of what we were here for.
