What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy tutoring because it gives me the opportunity to teach in a one-on-one situation, focusing my attention on each student, and helping that student to achieve his or her goal. I enjoy building a student's confidence and sharing the joy that comes with improvement.

My Strengths as Tutor πŸ’ͺ

I think some of my strengths as a tutor would include having the ability to solve conflicts, and having emotional intelligence. Creativity and enthusiasm for teaching, and the ability to explain difficult things in a simple way, would be additional strengths I'd consider myself to have.

Some of the most important things I think a tutor can do for a student include being patient, being a good listener and collaborator, being confident and enthusiastic and having flexibility and good communication skills.

Testimonials πŸ†

Roanne has been tutoring my daughter in Yr 11 maths for a few months now and we couldn't be happier. She finds Roanne very easy to communicate with and says she explains difficult concepts in a very easy to understand way. We're very happy our daughter has Roanne to support her through HSC maths next year!
