My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I have a confident but relaxed manner which helps me build a strong rapport with students quickly. During my time at Ashlyns School, I built good relationships with my classes which enabled me to motivate pupils to produce high quality work. I use praise to guide pupils to make progress. When i was training to be a teacher my main weakness was trying tto fit too much into one lesson. Throughout my NQT training I worked on getting this right and now I believe my pacing and structure of a lesson is strong.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I think the most important thing a tutor can do for a student is give them confidence. When a student has confidence they are willing to try and take risks and this is when learning can take place.
