I believe my strengths are communication and relateability to students. My interactions with younger students has always been effective, so I believe these are my strengths. My biggest weakness I believe will be my unfamiliarity with the NSW education system, however granted this opportunity I will make every effort to amend this so that I can assist my students better.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I think regardless of outcomes and results, the biggest thing a tutor can do for a student is improve confidence in the given subject/s. The student should feel progress and improvement, and if the tutor cannot deliver these things then they are not doing their job effectively. I believe the tutor needs to communicate with the student effectively and gain an understanding of expectations and goals, and work hard to help the student in achieving these.Subjects Tutored 🎓
