My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I believe my strengths as a tutor are interpersonal skills, in that I am able to actively listen to a student's needs so that I can more effectively and precisely teach. I obtained this during leading a group of 22 missionaries as every one of them had different concerns. In terms of my weaknesses, I would have trouble answering high range difficult questions, but I have found studying it out with the participant and even coming back to the question after study has provided a great example and learning opportunity for both teacher and student.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I believe the most important things a tutor can do is in attitude, example and commitment. I consider that a positive attitude of high expectations for the student, an example of diligent study and learning, and challenges for the student to accomplish without the tutor's presence is essential in motivating, understanding and internalising key concepts of certain subjects, and eventually to life-long learning.
