What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I really enjoy empowering students with their education and making learning a more fun and engaging process whilst revealing their potential to themselves and families. Being able to help someone through a difficult process and seeing something "click" when they understand is really rewarding, and watching their improvements over time and knowing you have made an impact on someone else's future is invaluable.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I have been inspired by my best teachers and tutors throughout my 13 years of schooling to provide a balance between enjoyable and educational learning experiences for all students, aiming not only to improve their academics but wellbeing. From this, my strength is my strong drive to provide a student-focused education with essential qualities such as professionalism, patience, punctuality, flexibility, empathy, enthusiasm and a sprinkle of humour!
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I value tutors as being mentors who students look up to for advice and as a role model, whilst revealing a students' true potential which in turn improves self-confidence and self-esteem. For instance, I think the evolving of students' enjoyment towards subjects, even ever so slightly, is one of the most valuable things an inspiring and supportive tutor can do for a student's education and future. Overall, I think making long-lasting, positive impacts on a child's learning is the most important thing a tutor can do for a student.
