My Strengths as Tutor 💪

My strengths, as a tutor, are both my math knowledge and my interpersonal and communication skills. As an engineering student, I constantly encounter complicated Mathematic problems and have to solve them in a short amount of time. To be able to express the idea clearly and in a simplistic manner is an important critera of being a tutor. During my time as the Chairman of the IET NSW YP, I was able to develop these skills and it has made me a better communicator and mentor. My weakness is my lack of experience. However I believe through Ezy Math Tutoring, I will develop into a better tutor.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The most important thing a tutor can do for a student, is to understand their obstacles, may it be a particular math topic or studying maths itself. A tutor must be able to guide their student through these obstacles in order for them to succeed in maths. By talking and discussing with the student, a tutor should be able to understand what method of teaching would best suit the student.
