What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Tutoring is an avenue that allows me to encapsulate on the importance of education as it acts as a conduit for knowledge and personal growth. When tutoring, I am able to witness my client grow as a student and achieve their goals and personal best, which is extremely rewarding and completes the tutoring experience. I greatly enjoy the interactive nature of tutoring as I am able to form a professional relationship with the client and prioritise their needs, getting to know them on a deeper level and by doing so, increasing their chances of improving and catalysing self-growth.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

As a tutor, my main strengths lie in communication and patience. I am an extremely nurturing and understanding mentor which ensures the client is comfortable at all times and is able to take on my feedback and constructive criticism. Further, I am very social and extroverted which is a primary need in tutoring as it allows a healthy relationship to form between the tutor and the student, allowing for a more relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the session and increasing their desire for better and improved school results.

Primarily, the most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to maintain their positive outlook on school and academic results. It centres greatly around ensuring they achieve their personal best and any improvement is congratulated, no matter how small. This allows the student to feel comfortable and proud of their achievements, further increasing their capabilities and desire to develop their grades even more. Tutoring greatly revolves around self-growth and therefore, appreciating the small and large improvements greatly benefits the student and their positive outlook on education.
