What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I have always had a passion for maths and science, and as someone who enjoys helping out other people, being able to teach others about topics I care about is a fulfilling experience. It helps me reinforce my knowledge and ensures that the student builds a solid foundation in their learning career and gives them the confidence they need to be a better learner.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
As a tutor, being able to teach in a calm and patient manner allows me to assist students with even the most tedious and difficult problems. Being a student of chemical engineering means that not only do I have a deep understanding of science and maths but I also have the skills to know how to apply them and therefore teach them at any level. I have the ability to empathise with students so I can individually cater to their style of learning and explain it in the easiest and simplest way possible.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
In my eyes, one of the most important aspects of a tutor would be the ability to see things through the student's perspective. Being able to pinpoint exactly what the student needs help with can make the entire learning experience more efficient and a lot more rewarding overall. It also makes the student feel a lot more comfortable, as a learning environment that is suited for them will make them feel a lot more confident when approaching more complex problems and ideas.
