What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I enjoy helping students develop a passion for the subjects that they might have previously found difficult or hard to learn. Furthermore, my goals is to assist the student in feeling more comfortable in the subject and this result makes me feel proud and rewarded.
Interacting with students is something that I enjoy as well and seeing the students understand a concept is something that I look foward to.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
My strengths as a tutor would be patience and my ability to explain concepts in a simplified manner if this is deemed necessary for the student. Furthermore, being enthusiastic and energetic at each session helps the student to be able to engage with me easier. I am able to alter and create a tutoring session that suits the student and is based on their abilities, goals and personality.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
One of the most important things a tutor can do is instil a sense of passion for the subject. The student should feel comfortable going to class and doing the homework afterwards. The tutor should be assisting and looking out for concepts and gaps that the student might have and fill these gaps. On top of this, I want to be able to change a student's life through my tutoring sessions and prepare them for the future.

Charlotte was able to understand the relationship of the equation y=mx+c and the graph. She completed the questions in her assignment with this equation and was able to adapt to the manipulations of it. We discussed what Charlotte was planning for her maths for the rest of the year as well. It is great to see she is well planned and has a goal that she would like to achieve in her upcoming years of schooling.
One thing that Charlotte could work on is her setting out and independently setting her calculations out without help. Other than this, she is very competent in her maths abilities.
