My Strengths as Tutor 💪

Strengths I feel I am able to really get to know each of my students as an individual. I try to get a feel for what strategies work with each one. They do not all learn the same and what works for one may not for another. I always try to be as flexible as possible. I am also able to come up with different teaching strategies that is customised for each child based on their learning needs and levels. In addition, I am knowledgable in my subject content. Weakness Using the proper questions to lead students to come up with an answer. I have been improving on it by giving waiting time for student
