What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Helping children with their learning makes me happy to see them succeed and be apart of the process. I love do jobs with a purpose that give back to the community in some way. Especially children as they are the future.

My Strengths as Tutor πŸ’ͺ

I have some background in teaching and dealing with children, and I’m quite easy to get along with. I have only recently gotten my certificate IV in education support and graduated high school last year, which might make the kids more at ease that I am only a few years older than them. I understand where they are coming from as a student and I can relate more to their issues.

Most important things I can do for a student πŸ…

Making sure that the learning content is tailored to the needs of the child. Children with special needs require extra support and compassion. I would also say that it’s important for the tutor to be patient and listen to the child.
