My main strengths are my passion for helping others as well as passion for making the school environment including the learning journey, a positive one. My strengths is therefore this innate passion allowing me to assist students overcome their own challenges whether this be self doubt or academic concerns, in order to maximise their progress and sense of success. The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to provide an individualised approach as this leads to an optimal learning environment and thus maximises the student's chance at success. Without an individualised approach, communication issues can arise which can lead to a lack of content understanding and sense of failure from the student, which can hinder success.
