What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Being able to help others who struggle with English, ensuring they have the best possible chance to succeed academically. Also, being able to impart some of my experiences with writing, in order to kindle interest in the craft.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I have a great passion for English and writing, be it creatively or professionally. I can also back up this passion with firsthand experience in both an academic and professional context.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The most important thing would be to keep the student engaged - the mere delivery of information means nothing if the student is not interested, or given a chance to apply it. Providing activities is paramount in this case, as it allows students to apply concepts at a pace they are comfortable with and become familiar with them through 'learning by doing'. Ideally, these activities should also foster interest in a subject, potentially tailored to the student specifically. It - alongside proactivity in asking questions - will have the additional benefit of identifying areas of improvement.
