What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

The process of watching students grow and the opportunities teaching provides that allows me to share my love of both Mathematics and Literature/English with students.

My Strengths as Tutor πŸ’ͺ

My desire to understand and know the learners and their motivations. This is particularly useful in keeping students engaged in the content they might otherwise be distracted in. Further, the flexibility of being able to approach students' questions from a wide range of methods and strategies is helpful when explaining content students might be struggling with.

Most important things I can do for a student πŸ…

As each student tends to engage in tutoring with their own unique set of goals and motivations, I believe that as a tutor the most important thing I can do for the student is, firstly, do my best to understand each student's goals and motivations, and then work collaboratively with the student to achieve these goals.
