I truely enjoy building a student's confidence and tutoring is a great way to boost student's confidence and in the process improve my own. I believe it's an interesting job and allows me to make a positive difference. I am generally a very patient person and I believe this is a very essential skill that I posses. I wouldn't generally stick to the conventional way of teaching rather prefer adopting different learning styles as this makes teaching more interesting. Teaching works two ways, so it's just not the duty of a student to be a good listener but also requires the tutor be one as well and I do believe I am an excellent listener. I believe my knowledge in subject concepts are very strong and I learn continuously to keep myself updated.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Building confidence is the most important thing a tutor can possibly do for a student. It's very important for a tutor to listen a student's worry points and problems and guide him accordingly to overcome them without breaking his confidence. It's necessary to be a good mentor and help students just not academically but advice them on any knowledge or expertise. Try different learning styles since every student has a different approach of learning and choose what's best suited.
