What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I enjoy teaching so much because I am aware of the difficulties of learning, and would love to be able to help another student. In knowledge lies strength, and I appreciate the power of education to change lives. All students are exceptionally intelligent, capable and talented, and sometimes, it just takes a little guidance to help students achieve the best they possibly can. Having completed high-school only recently, I am painfully aware of the kinds of struggles faced by students every day. I know very well that even just having someone there to encourage you and to guide you along can haul you across the finish line. I think the greatest gift a tutor can provide to a student is support. School can often be an isolating and intimidating experience, and often students, despite being remarkably talented, feel afraid to take risks and go beyond what is expected of them. A tutor can also make the learning experience far more rewarding and enjoyable.
