I find tutoring extremely rewarding ang engaging. I enjoy teaching students content and I feel accomplished and happy when students understand the content and exceed in tests and exams. My strengths are listening and understanding to the students point of view and making sure the student is engaged. I always ask what topics they enjoy more than others and try to understand the student so I know what type of teaching method works for them. My strength is also compassion and commitment. A tutor can inspire and instill self belief/self esteem back into a student. A tutor can motivate students to study hard and receive good marks. When students receive good marks the student gains self esteem and confidence and ultimately happiness (which akes tutoring very rewarding). A tutor can be a good role model and show students not only the theory but how to study well, how to keep motivated and strategies that can help with school work.
