What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

What I enjoy most about tutoring; given that I do not have any formal experience, is knowing your student understands the information you are trying to explain to them. This gives off a huge sense of relief and accomplishment.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

As a tutor, I think one of my strengths would be having effective communication skills; which I could utilise with workers of Ezy Math Tutoring, parents and the children I will teach. I am able to remain professional and formal when needed to, but also have a little fun and creativity teaching students as I am a bright, energetic person. Another strength I believe I possess is passion and dedication, as I have particularly noticed this evolve throughout my HSC study year, as I had come to really enjoy the subject, causing me to want to share this knowledge with more young people out there.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Being on the other side of the spectrum as a tutoring student for many years, I have encountered many tutors whom I have disliked or to this am still grateful for, for the impact they have had on my mindset, which has correspondingly positively affected my academic results. From experience, I believe one of the most important things a tutor can do for a student is to inspire them to come a love a subject, or learning in general. In order to succeed in a subject and do well, there must be a level of interest otherwise this success will not remain very long term.
