What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Tutoring provides a sense of enduring satisfaction that few other occupations can. Whilst understanding course material and using a wide array of pedagogical methods can be an exciting endeavour, it is the genuine reactions of students that ultimately provides teachers with an incomparable sense of fulfilment. To watch another person grow and garner a sense of understanding and enthusiasm is one of the few wonderful experiences reserved for teachers.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

In a word - vigour. To properly instruct others, one must always be able to consolidate confidence with enthusiasm. I believe my greatest strength would be to consistently bring an energy to each lesson and each pupil that reflects this statement. Without passion or vitality, lessons can often fall into the same tried routine for students. I pride myself on being able to help students not only realise their own potential but to find satisfaction in their work through a steadfast sense of commitment.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Education as a whole is constructed upon two pillars, those being understanding and impetus. Tutors have an obligation to each of their pupils to provide materials and instruction to facilitate both. Without a degree of comprehension, students are susceptible to establish an unhealthy relationship with their academia and it is crucial that the tutor ensure that understanding more so than base memorisation is met in each of their students. The impetus and passion for a student to grow is often derived from the tutor as well. With energy, education can itself become gratifying.
