What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Tutoring someone instills the sense of satisfaction and enthusiasm in me. I have always found myself taking the role of a leader who motivates the team and helps others recognize their strengths. I enjoy how young students get to understand things in a better way and from hating the subject due to lack of understanding, they fall in love with the subject . I love to see that transition in students. The only secret for that change is understanding the concepts. I enjoy making students see the clear concept and applying it to the real world.

My Strengths as Tutor πŸ’ͺ

I have a clear understanding of the subject and feel confident with my skills and knowledge of the subject. I learn at every point of life. My greatest strength is to learn as well while being a tutor because it is a two way process. I am patient and calm while I make students understand the concept and I am happy to explain if they don't get something, as many times as they want. I see myself encouraging the students no matter how they perform at the tests or assignments because if they work hard and are motivated through out, there's going to be improvement for sure.

Most important things I can do for a student πŸ…

The most important things a tutor can do for their students is make them like the subjects and develop and increase their interests. That involves motivating them through out the journey , clearing all their doubts and inquiry, developing a bond with them so that they don't feel hesitant in asking questions and making teaching sessions interactive. A tutor plays a significant role in changing mindset and developing a positive outlook for the subject.
