My easy going attitude ensures that a healthy non-judgemental relationship is established between the student and myself. As a result, the student will always be able to be honest with me in terms of whether or not a certain concept is proving itself difficult at any time throughout the year. My ability to quickly understand the students strengths and weaknesses ensures that the learning experience will be well tailored and suited for the students capacities. Being able to motivate the student and ensure the student performs to their best without giving up or burning out.
