What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
The most enjoyable part about tutoring is that it is a rewarding experience. It does not only force me too think through the subject matter but also provides me an opportunity to help others.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
1. As a student who has experienced HSC myself, i understand the most common mistakes people tend to make for each topic and the confusion they may have when going through specific questions.
2. I am willing to take responsibility of answering questions not only during tutoring session but also after class.
3. I have enough patience to explain a concept as many times as my students need. My personality makes it hard to let problems go without making sure my students fully understand the concepts behind.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
One of the important things a math tutor can do for students is constantly testing them with the knowledge they have already absorbed in the past. Questions need to be changed, but concepts need to be practiced repetitively.
The other important thing tutor can do to help students is organizing notes. Math contains a sphere of knowledge (formula/ thinking process) that needs to be committed to memory hence it is worthy to make a list for future reference.
