What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I thoroughly enjoy being able to share my genuine passion for maths and english with my students and I hope to ignite a similar passion for it within my students! As a tutor, I only feel successful once my student has excelled or succeeded in the subject. However, I am utmost proud with any improvement that a student shows and will continue to support and teach them along their journey.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I understand the pressure and difficulty of excelling in a subject, hence I am able to relate to my students on a similar level. I am extremely patient and organised and will take my time to explain any confusing aspects of the subject. As someone who attended a competitive, selective-entry high school, I have learnt to deal with any stress or crippling pressure that comes my way. I am dedicated and determined to bring the best teaching experience to my students and create a comfortable learning environment for them. I am a bubbly, enthusiastic individual and my main priority is my students!

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I believe that a tutor should be able to advocate for the student and that he or she should be the main priority. I believe that a tutor must be able to delve into the mind of the student and understand their preferred way of learning, i.e visually, verbally, etc. It is important to provide the student with all the support they need and ensure that a perfect learning environment has been created. One of the most important things that I believe should be present in a teacher-student relationship is a mutual level of respect. A tutor should be able to answer any of the students' concerns.
