What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

It sparks joy within me to be able to help others thrive and when others succeed in understanding something or feel motivated to proceed in learning as I have helped them in some way, I too feel a sense of achievement.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I am diligent and responsible and will offer go beyond measures to make sure that I have done the best I could in the role I am assigned. I believe that as a tutor, I will be taking responsibility in assisting my students with learning and do I will my very best to help them thrive in school and achieve their goals. I am known to be patient and talented in simplifying difficult concepts in order to explain it to a crowd with no background knowledge. Throughout high school, I have also practiced the skill of summarising large blocks on information and am equipped with effective study skills.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Apart from achieving the basics of helping a student in school work to ensure they catch up with their school's curriculum, it is important that a tutor assists their students in forming healthy studying habits and equipped their students with effective study skills that will benefit students' studies in the long run. More importantly for tutors, however, is that they must go beyond the textbooks and ignite in students an interest in the subject, hence a passion towards learning and discovering new knowledge. This then allows students to reach their full potential - a tutor's ultimate goal.
