Tutoring is a rewarding job as I am able to help younger students achieve their full potential. Watching students grow and achieve goals they deemed impossible is extremly rewarding. Whilst tutoring, I try and understand a students strenghts and weaknesses. Pinpointing the particular issues a student is having and addressing them helps a student grow exponentially. During the first few lessons, I try to identify the tecnhique of teaching which is best suited to the particular student and when creating lesson plans, implementing those teaching techniques helps the student learn quicker and better.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
