What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I enjoy tutoring as it is a job that allows me to help others lean and grow to achieve their dreams; making them more ambitious, and providing them with confidence. Being a tutor forces me to think outside the box when teaching, as different students must be taught differently in order to understand the same concept. Tutoring also helps me to gain excellent leadership skills, as well as healthy relationships with students, so they can ask questions that they may be afraid to ask in class.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
My greatest strength is adaptiveness and a calm personality. I believe that these 2 characteristics enable me to learn new things quickly and be able to use them in different ways so that it is suitable for everyone. The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to encourage them and to listen to them. A tutors job is to guid a student in the right redirection. A tutor can tailor the their teaching to the students needs so they are both working together. The tutor must be an excellent listener to understand how the student thinks and what they need help on. They should also have excellent communication skills to effectively explain the topic to the student so they can understand it clearly.
