What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
The moment when you are trying to explain a pretty hard concept and the realization hits them (students) all of a sudden they know what they are doing and are excited to share their thoughts on the subject. Its so encouraging to see them make their deductions. It does not matter if their answers are perfect to the dot, but the confidence you see in them is really motivating as a tutor. I too learn a lot from them without even being aware of it.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I believe the ability to connect with my students is my strongest virtue as tutor. Being a student myself, and having graduated high school recently, I am able to deeper understand the queries they might have. I also believe a familiar face will gain the students' attention better and will help attain their trust to make sure they have a fun, comfortable learning session.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
The most important lesson a tutor can hand down to a student is the confidence to raise their hand against any topic or situation they consider unfair or questionable. Self-confidence and self-worth is very important to ensure that each student grow into mature independent adults, who are able to accept the ups and downs that they will have to face in their life forward, and yet not give up on themselves. Passing this realization to my students is the best tutoring I can offer.
