The satisfaction you get when an idea or concept clicks in the mind of your student. The process may be ardous but that intrinsic pay-off is why I find tutoring extremely enjoyable.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

My patience, I know first hand the difference between a good tutor and a bad tutor. Bad tutors have one way of showing their student while good tutors have the ability to reflect on the way their teaching is not yet resonating within their student and redesign their approach to a problem or concept for their student to understand.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to instill a love for the subject within the student. Good tutors can effectively transfer their systems and approaches but if the student is not drawn into the subject they may less be inclined to do their homework or study independently which is as important or even more so than the tutoring session itself. By fostering an interest in the subject whether posing interesting problems or showing the real life application of certain maths concepts would pay in dividends in the future success of that students success academically.
