I find the process of helping others learn to be rewarding. By providing explanations, using support problem-solving skills and learning to adapt to different learning styles, this allows me to be a useful resource. Providing constructive feedback and recognising progress ensures that students are both aware of areas to improve and encouraged to keep advancing. A safe, non-judgmental space for asking questions and making mistakes is also essential for successful learning.
