The most enjoyable thing about tutoring is the environment it provides for learning and developing. I think tutoring is a great experience for myself as it allows me to develop independence and social skills whilst being able to help other people. Tutors must improve a students confidence academically by improving study skills, encourage understanding of content and focus on anything the student may be struggling with.
