What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
One on one basis of teaching.
When the child follows what you have told or taught and you notice there is a development.
Simple example: You see that that student doesn't use a ruler for drawing straight lines:
you tell him to use one, its a good practice. Next lesson the child uses a ruler. That I find very satisfying and enjoyable for me.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I listen to them, try to use the method they prefer. I pick up their strengths and weaknesses, but use the strengths to overcome the weaknesses.
Motivate them with positive thinking, ask them to remain focused on the task.
I possess the most important keys for tutoring and those are knowledge and experience. if child asks you a question, you have to have its answer.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Considering the fact that Tutoring means development, it is important to award a good comment, when the child does something good, and if its bad, encourage him and show the correct way. Never be negative. Help the child, have patience, be polite.
Hold his hand and show him the correct path.
If you are sincere, he will follow it.
I believe in these and then again keeping time, following a plan etc are normal things.
