I enjoy growing and fostering excellence in students when tutoring. I also enjoy watching them grow and develop their skills in certain subjects, throughout their schooling career. It can also help me create confidence in myself and also help me grow as a person. Also the fact that it can bring about fresh and new ideas back into my mind also makes tutoring enjoyable. My strengths as a tutor is i have the patience to foster their learning experience and able to share a students successes and failures in their education. Thus, being able to help them grow and help them achieve their best. The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is being able to help their students free of charge when they're not in class, whether that be through social media or even by text. A tutor should also have patience towards a student and teach towards a students strength to optimize their learning, while also targeting a students weakness's. Also a tutor should be able to listen and communicate with parents to set up goals for a student in order to set up academic success.
