What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy seeing the students progress the most. A lot of part-time jobs for university students aren't very rewarding, and I absolutely love the fact that tutoring allows you to make a real and helpful impact on someone's life.

My experience as a tutor previously is certainly a strength, as I am familiar with creating meaningful student/teacher relationships. I also have familiarity with using a range of teaching style, using games in the past to help encourage unenthusiastic students to take an interest in their learning, whilst simultaneously being able to encourage further avenues of learning for students that want to excel.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I think adapting to students learning style is vital to allow for the most growth in their education. Tutors are exceptionally valuable as the one on one or small class dynamics allow for the specific needs of a student to be catered for, giving their learning attention in a way that can be difficult to access within the schooling system alone. Tutors can also help ensure that students remain at the same level as their schoolmates and peers, increasing their overall self-confidence in their learning.
