My passion and fascination for learning has grown greater well beyond myself as I want to share it with others. Tutoring combines my passion for both learning and children as I enjoy interacting and sharing my knowledge with them. Growing up my favorite subjects in school were math and science and over the years I’ve taken great joy in helping children understand and learn them. One of my strengths as a tutor is my curiosity for learning. I love learning new things and expanding my perspective on the world. With this, I am able to provide my students with more information that would better their understandings of the subjects and of the world. I believe that I am able to provide students with the resources to help build the foundation of their education. I am also very determined. While this can also be a weakness I take great pride in getting things done due to my competitive nature no matter how long it takes. I think the most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to be patient. Being a student myself I have been reluctant to ask questions due to fear of being labeled slow or dumb. It is also frustrating not being able to understand the subject as the class flies by the materials. However, during tutoring sessions, the tutor should be able to focus on the student and explain the material numerous times in ways that best suit the students learning abilities.Testimonials 🏆
