What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy breaking down concepts (hard or simple) into basic parts and piecing them together step by step with the student and then eventually seeing the cogs click into place in the tutee's brain, where they get the "ah-ha" moment.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I'm an avid believer of 'first principles'. This means that I very much abhor just giving students equations to memorize without them understanding the premise behind how we got to the equation in the first place. My strengths as a tutor (I believe) is that I do not make robots, I merely extend, catalyse, and develop the innate curiosity that is within a tutee.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

One of the most important aspects of a tutor is to be flexible in perspective such that they can view the problem in the same way the student does. This allows the development of a nurturing path to understanding and makes sure that the student has a rock-steady foundation upon which they will lay their future learning.
