It makes me really happy when a student understands easily and enjoys the subject after teaching him/her in different ways, even if it takes time. I am an active listener and a patient one. These two go hand in hand as it is really important for me to understand the student's needs, their weaknesses and strengths. I make sure that the student approach their tutor more like a mentor, where they can share their problems on the subject and clear out their doubts.
