What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy seeing improvement in my students overall academic results and seeing their newfound sense of accomplishment and enjoyment for maths. I am passionate about maths and i enjoy utilising mathematics as a means in providing a smooth path towards my students academical success.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I believe my strengths as a tutor are centred around my passion towards mathematics and my view on improvement. I believe we as people continue to strive for improvement; in order to be the best versions of ourselves, and it is through the process of academical improvement are we able to reach that peak versions of ourselves. My passion towards mathematics also extends to being able to achieve a deep understanding towards a topic even when it is not required, as i believe that any gaps in knowledge could lead to a disadvantageous situation when sitting an exam.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I believe the most important thing a tutor can provide towards a student apart from knowledge is the heightened sense of ease during an exam; through frequent testing under standard exam conditions the student is able to adapt to the stressful exam situations as if it was second nature. Good examination techniques should also be passed onto the student in order to minimise stress levels during the exam. In order to do good in an exam, I believe the student should first have confidence in themselves and not freeze up during a question they cannot solve.
