What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

An active participation in various committees at my high school such as Charity and Peer Support has allowed me to develop interpersonal skills and my leadership capability. Helping the juniors transition from primary to high school was particularly enjoyable as they would often ask me for help with advice in the senior years from directions to study notes. These events were the initiating factors for my passion to help guide younger students and provide them with every tip and advice to achieve success and more importantly, having fun in high school.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

My greatest strengths are my time management, interpersonal and leadership skills. Creating a personal logbook had allowed me to keep track of upcoming tasks and stay on top of assignments without leaving work unfinished or of poor standard. From this, I have developed a strong mindset that has allowed me to complete tasks effectively and on time, allowing me to able to tutor students while at the same time handling university work. As a recent graduate from North Sydney Boys High School and one who had just experienced the HSC, I have the experience and skills to help younger students achieve high results.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I strongly believe tutors must not only be able to teach content to students well but also act as a role model by guiding them to reaching their full potential. As every student has different needs and struggles, the tutor must cater their approach and method to suit various students as well as being able to engage them in learning the subject as students learn best when they're enjoying it.
