What I enjoy most is seeing the surprise and joy a student gets when I teach them a new principle. Having that look of joy reminds me of myself in High School. As a tutor, we are required to understand that every student learns at different speeds in different ways. My personal strength as a tutor would be patience. Patience will allow students to process what tutors teach allowing them to maximise productivity. A student in high school still lack the ability to filter out relevant information off the internet. As a tutor, providing the appropriate resources is what I find important. Thorough explanation of a subject in an appropriate manner is also key in student performance.
