What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Tutoring has always been a passion of mine, I enjoy the opportunity to disseminate my knowledge of learned subjects to other students so that they may have a greater appreciation and understanding of the subject. Through my experience as a tutoring volunteer for college students and family members I have learned that I enjoy the following: - Feeling satisfaction when someone learns something new that I taught them. - Improving my own knowledge of the subject through tutoring. - Seeing that I can make a difference in the education of a student.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I think my strengths as a tutor areas follows: - Ability to listen, understand and communicate effectively. - Ask appropriate questions that get the student thinking about the problem as well as the potential solution(s). - Ability to work through the solution in a step-by-step basis. - Ability to break complex questions into smaller, easier to understand components. - Provide an easier method after the student has understood the methodology.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The most important things a tutor can do for his/her students includes: - Inspire a sense of confidence in the students with regard to the subject matter. - Increase their level of proficiency. - Prepare them for an upcoming test or exam. - Help them develop a passion for tutoring as well.

Testimonials 🏆

I am very happy with my son's tutor so far. We have only had 2 sessions & already my son is doing his homework after school everyday, without being asked. He also is impressing his tutor with his knowledge. They both relate with each other & I can see good things for my son's future.
