Its a really fun and rewarding experience watching your student grow and learn and become an all round better scholar as you guide them through. I think Im a really laid back sort of guy that doesnt mind adding a comical sense to otherwise stressful situations such as when preparing for tests and exams because I feel that people tend to perform better when they feel theyre in the right mindframe. I focus on getting students in the right mindframe to perform at their absolute best by helping them accept and thrive of that feeling of nervousness and or anxiety so that when the time comes to perform in a high pressure situation, theyre always ready to go. Be an emotionally, mentally and physically guiding supportive role model in academics and in social aspects of life. Its one thing to tell a student how to solve a problem in a maths question but its another thing to help guide them through the rigors of highschool life and adolescence.
