I am very against rote learning mathematics as it is not useful to real life and will set them up for failure in university. Therefore my approach involves understanding the basis to what you are doing rather than going through the motions and remembering formulaic patterns. I do not believe that there is only one way to solve a problem so my core strength as a tutor is to show students how to think for themselves once they have been given the bare information they need.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
