The ability to provide clarity in the minds of students. It is incredibly rewarding to witness a change in students' confidence and attitude towards tackling their school work, which helps to produce stronger academic performance and thus a happier individual at school.

I am a patient individual who is empathetic and understanding to the various levels of intellect of school students. I am able to provide a clear and logical structure to help students' achieve their goals and understand the content as best as they can. I also acknowledge that different students learn in different ways and am thus flexible in my approach.

A tutor must help to provide clarity in the mind of the student. This comes through helping the student develop a thorough understanding of the content they are studying, which will develop the necessary confidence they require to tackle all problems. By explaining things logically and clearly, a tutor can help this be achieved. Constructive criticism and reinforcing what is required to achieve the students' goals is also an important role for the tutor, to ensure the students can become equipped at combatting their weaknesses.
