What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

It is not just about "tutoring" but about extracting the best in people. I firmly believe that a lack of quality education usually leads to many of the world problems. By being part of the educator force, I am able to influence and inspire others to strive for the better, and that brings me a sense of fulfillment - that I add values to our world. What strikes me the most is the difference in individuals hence their learning styles, strengths and weaknesses. It is always challenging but rewarding to work towards a more balanced approach towards different students.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

Over the years I have developed a sharper sense on what each individual student needs rather than mechanically feed them the information. I am clearly aware of what it takes to be excellent in what you're doing - practice, practice and feedback! I love guiding students to reach the conclusion themselves, to keep an open mind and to stay motivated for the entirety of their learning journey. To do so, I have always tried to be interactive, approachable but critical, which could bring students to participate and to question. I believe those are some of the most important processes in learning.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

To inspire them and enlighten them so that they can stay open-minded, inquisitive and become critical thinkers. To achieve that, the tutor needs to let students participate more, to question more and to stay motivated so that they would understand the importance of practice!
