What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

There are few things that i enjoy as a tutor. Firstly, i like helping students that have trouble in understanding their core subjects. As someone who has been tutored (during my high school year), I learned that once you understand the main concept then everything is just an extension of it. Secondly, being a tutor help me review and keep an update of those subject that l learned from high school, which may help me during my studies at university. Lastly, being a tutor help me practice my intrapersonal and interpersonal skills, which can be useful in the future.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

My strenghs would be my perseverance and open mindedness in teaching. Each student has different strenghs and weaknesses, most of the time the subject that they lacked are the one that need to be tutored. Therefore, perseverance means that despite whatever circumstances we need to be the best tutor that we can be for that student. Furthermore, my open mindedness to my teaching structure help me tailor the way i teach for each specific student, because I believe every students is different and they have their own way of learning ( through reading, listening, games, etc).

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The most important thing would be to instill interest. To be called a succesfull tutor, one need to instill interest to their students to study during their own time, because we only meet them once or twice a week and most of the time they have to learn by themselves.
