I enjoy seeing the students go from not knowing how to do a certain skill to having a good grasp of it, I also really enjoy the excitement from the kids when they are proud saying they improved in a certain area and it super rewarding knowing you helped them reach their potentialMy Strengths as Tutor ๐ช
I think I am quite good at breaking down and simplifying the processes and ideas to a step by step process and making the information easier for the student to break down and more importantly understand. As well as this I think I am good at making sure the student is not spoon fed answers more given support and guidance through the process so they actually understand the topic.Most important things I can do for a student ๐
I think the most important thing for a tutor would be to make sure they do are willing to adapt and change the methods they use dependent on the students particular needs and skillset.
