My most important strength is that I realize how students think. I just help them to understand by translating things to their language or way of thinking. By now I worked with a lot different people and can relate to a lot of experience and knowledge how to explain the same thing in many different ways. I did different lectures at the university of applied sciences Aachen (Germany) and was responsible for groups of 15 to 150 students.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I think the most important thing is to help them to translate things into their own way of thinking. Furthermore, it is important to teach the student a feeling or sensitivity for the topic just by asking the right question.
