What I enjoy the most is being able to help the students. In my brief period that I helped out a small group of students of grades 1-5, it was satisfying to interact with the students and help them move on.My Strengths as Tutor ๐ช
My strengths include perseverance, monitoring, delivery of the subject and most importantly my ability to understand the student. As a tutor I think that this is the most important trait that a tutor should bear, and that is to understand where the student comes from, what kind of a personality he displays and what kind of direction is required in order to make the student reach his or her true potential.Most important things I can do for a student ๐
A tutor could help the student reach his or her goal. Help them gain the required knowledge through various tasks. But the most important thing would be to provide a logical and sensible direction in which the student could continue. And also not to be too judgmental and see that every student has his or her different capabilities in reaching their goals. Even Albert Einstein said, "Everybody is a genius.
